Geopolitics Unplugged - Terms of Service version 1

Welcome to Geopolitics Unplugged, a Substack publication dedicated to providing in-depth analysis, commentary, and updates on international relations and global affairs. By subscribing to, accessing, or using our publication, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. For annual subscriptions, cancellations will apply from the next renewal date.

4. Use of Content

• Content Ownership: All content provided by Geopolitics Unplugged, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio ("Content"), is owned by Geopolitics Unplugged or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content, except as follows:

  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

  • If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

• Prohibited Actions: You agree not to use any automated systems or software to extract data from this site, nor to engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or unduly burdens our services.

5. User Conduct

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes are to be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any lawsuits must be brought in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas and there alone notwithstanding federal or other jurisdiction options.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be here. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Agreement to Arbitrate
